'a choreographer for whom every dance is a love affair with his chosen music.'
Next week on Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th November the Richard Alston Dance Company are bringing a triple bill of work to the Brighton Dome. This includes Roughcut, Lie of the Land and Unfinished Business - a mixture of both their classic and newer pieces.
Students can get a reduced rate £5 ticket by quoting the promo code STUREP5 when booking online, by telephone (01273 709709) or in person at the box office on New Road. This offer is available for the Tuesday performance only. The show is on at 7.30pm in the Brighton Dome Concert Hall.
Terms and conditions of the offer are: Subject to availability, new bookings only, not to be used in conjunction with any other offer and must be booked in advance. Student ID will need to be presented on the night.
This is a great deal - if you are a fan of contemporary dance then you will know how much of a bargain this is with £5 being bordering on ridiculous for such an established company. Alternatively if, like me, you have a limited knowledge of dance, this is a great way to be introduced to it - with the price being less than the price of two drinks.
